India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. (ITDC), a Miniratna Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, is engaged in promoting and developing tourism infrastructure and services across the country. ITDC is instrumental in managing and operating hotels, providing transport services, duty-free shopping, event management, entertainment, and educational initiatives in tourism and hospitality.

Eligibility Criteria (Post-wise)
1. Deputy General Manager (Ashok Travel & Tours)
- Qualification:
- Graduate with minimum 55% marks
- OR Graduate with 2-year MBA/Master’s/PG Diploma in Tourism/Travel (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 13 years in Tours & Travel/Tourism
- PSU/Govt: 1 year in pay scale of ₹60,000–1,80,000 (E-3 level)
- Private: Minimum annual CTC of ₹18 LPA for the last one year
- Desirable: Experience in Logistics & Cargo
2. Manager (Finance & Accounts)
- Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) with 55%
- Experience: Minimum 7 years
- PSU/Govt: 1 year in pay scale of ₹40,000–1,40,000
- Private Sector: 2 years in NSE/BSE-listed companies; current CTC ₹9 LPA or above
- Desirable: CS qualification, Computer proficiency
3. Assistant Manager (Hotel Operations)
- Qualification: Full-time Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 55%
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in hotel operations; CTC ≥ ₹5 LPA
- Desirable: NHTET qualified and 1-year teaching experience
4. Chef
- Qualification: Full-time Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 55%
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant field; CTC ≥ ₹5 LPA
- Desirable: NHTET qualified and 1-year teaching experience
- Note: Trade Test will be part of the selection
5. Assistant Manager (AITD)
- Qualification: Full-time MBA / PGDBM / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, etc. with 55%
- Experience: Minimum 2 years; CTC ≥ ₹5 LPA
- Desirable: Knowledge of Indian customs, Import-Export procedures
6. Assistant Manager (Events)
- Qualification:
- Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management OR
- MBA/PGDM in Event Management with 55%
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Events/Banquets/Hospitality; CTC ≥ ₹5 LPA
7. Assistant Manager (MM&D)
- Qualification:
- MBA in Material Management OR
- Graduate + 2 years PG Diploma in Material Management (55%)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years; CTC ≥ ₹5 LPA
8. Assistant Manager (HR)
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR/Personnel/IR/Labour Welfare (55%)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR; CTC ≥ ₹5 LPA
- Desirable: Degree in Law
9. Assistant Manager (Ashok Travel & Tours)
- Qualification:
- Graduate with 4 years’ experience in Tours/Travel/Air Ticketing OR
- Graduate + 2 years MBA/PG in Tourism (55%) with 2 years’ experience

- Desirable: IATA qualification
10. Assistant Manager (Legal)
- Qualification: 1st Class Law Graduate
- Experience: 2 years at the Bar, including 1 year of independent practice or legal work in a PSU/reputed firm; CTC ≥ ₹5 LPA
11. Assistant Company Secretary
- Qualification: Associate Member of ICSI
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Secretarial role in a listed company; CTC ≥ ₹5 LPA
- Desirable: Degree in Law
Age Relaxation
- As per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwD/Ex-Servicemen
- OBC (NCL) certificate must be from FY 2024–25 in prescribed GoI format
- Creamy Layer OBC candidates are not eligible for reservation benefits
