Eligibility Criteria
1. Tax Assistant
- Qualification Requirement: Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent credential awarded by a recognized university or educational body.
- Skill Requirement: A minimum data entry typing speed of 8000 key depressions per hour is essential.
- Age Criteria: Applicants must be between 18 and 27 years of age as of January 1, 2025.
- Age Concession: The age ceiling may be extended by 5 years for notable athletes, 10 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities, and 8 years for those under the OBC classification.
2. Havaldar
- Educational Qualification: Completion of Matriculation or an equivalent qualification from a recognized educational board is required.
- Physical Eligibility:
- For Male Candidates:
- Height: Minimum 157.5 cm
- Chest: 81 cm
- For Female Candidates:
- Height: Minimum 152 cm
- Weight: Minimum 48 kg
- For Male Candidates:
- Physical Efficiency Test:
- Male Applicants: Must be able to walk 1600 meters within 15 minutes
- Female Applicants: Must be able to walk 1 kilometer in 20 minutes
- Age Criteria: Age must fall between 18 and 27 years as on January 1, 2025.
- Age Relaxation: Same relaxation provisions as applicable to the Tax Assistant post.
3. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed Matriculation or hold an equivalent certificate from a recognized board.
- Age Criteria: Age must be between 18 and 25 years as of January 1, 2025.
- Age Relaxation: Follows the same relaxation norms as outlined for the Tax Assistant role.
Sports Eligibility
Candidates must have represented:
- The country in international competitions.
- A state or union territory in national competitions.
- Their university in inter-university tournaments.
- The state school team in national sports/games for schools.
- Awardees of medals in the Khelo India Youth, University, Winter, or Para Games competitions.
For chess players, holders of titles such as Grand Master (GM) or International Master (IM) are eligible.
Selection Process
- Scrutiny of Applications: Applications will be reviewed to ensure eligibility criteria are met.
- Shortlisting: Based on sports achievements from 2022 to 2024.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of original documents.
- Skill Test:
- Tax Assistant: Data Entry Speed Test.
- Havaldar: Physical Standards and Physical Efficiency Test.
- Final Selection: Based on merit, considering sports achievements, age, and performance in skill tests.
