The position is aimed at supervising and supporting the activities of Business Correspondent Agents (BCAs) in assigned districts. Eligibility Criteri
For Young Candidates
- Educational Qualification: Graduate with computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Preferred Qualifications: M.Sc (IT), BE (IT), MCA, MBA.
For Retired Bank Employees
- Eligible Categories:
- Retired Officers (including VRS) from any bank up to the rank of Senior Manager.
- Retired Clerks of Central Bank of India with JAIIB qualification and good track record.
Geographical Requirement
- Candidates should belong to the same district where the position is offered. If not available, candidates from adjoining districts may be considered.
- Candidates from other states are not eligible.
- Must be proficient in the local language (Telugu)—reading and writing.
- Must reside within or near the nodal branch, not outside the assigned district.

Variable pay is based on BC Agent performance. TDS will be deducted as per Income Tax rules.
Leave Policy
- Up to 3 days of leave per month.
- 30 days per calendar year (2.5 days per month).
- Leaves beyond 3 days/month require a minimum 7-day notice.
Certification Requirement
- IIBF BC Certification must be completed within 3 months of joining (only for new/young candidates).
- Reimbursement of registration fee will be provided once.
- Penalty for Delay:
- ₹ 1000 deducted from fixed pay (4–6 months delay).
- ₹ 2000 deducted (7–12 months delay).
- Contract not renewed after 12 months of non-compliance.
- Retired staff with JAIIB/CAIIB are exempted.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of BC Agents via dashboard, calls, or virtual meetings.
- Monthly field visits to BC points.
- Educate BCs about their roles and responsibilities.
- Track and support performance vs. set targets.
- Ensure availability of banking services in villages and SSAs.
- Conduct customer and community meetings.
- Coordinate with the link branch for grievance redressal.
- Ensure BCs follow all guidelines, remain active, and do not perform offline transactions.
- Promote cross-selling and recovery efforts by BCs.
- Organize financial literacy and awareness camps.
- Help in identification and appointment of BCs for uncovered areas.
- Any other assignment given by the Regional Office or Head Office.

- Selection will be based on eligibility, experience, and a personal interview.

Contract Tenure
