The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA), located in Hyderabad, is seeking applications from qualified individuals for the position of Teaching Associate. Educational Qualifications
The required qualifications vary depending on the subject:
- Law-based subjects (IPC, CrPC, Evidence Act): A degree in Law (LLB)
- Investigation: LLB, or Post Graduate Diploma in Policing and Investigation, or B.Sc. in Forensic Science
- Criminology & Police Management: LLB, or PG Diploma in Police Science & Management, or BA in Criminology or Police Administration
- Ethics, Attitudes and Human Rights: BBA, or PG Diploma in relevant fields such as Philosophy, Psychology, or Police Science and Management
- Internal Security and Public Order: A graduation in fields related to Security, Defence, Strategic Studies, or a Law degree
- Information & Communication Technology: B.Tech or BE in Computer Science or MCA
(Special preference may be given to candidates with a focus on Digital Forensics) - Leadership & Management: MBA from a recognized institution or university
Age Criteria
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old
- The upper age limit is 40 years at the time of appointment
Salary Offered
- Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly pay of ₹40,000
