Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Deputy Manager (Planning/Machinery & Piping/Mechanical):
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (60% marks) + 7 years relevant experience (including 2 years in shipyard-specific role).
- Deputy Manager (Electrical):
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (60% marks) + 7 years experience (including 2 years in electrical outfitting).
- Deputy Manager (HR):
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or Personnel Management with a minimum of 60% marks, along with at least 7 years of professional experience in HR functions, including a minimum of 2 years specifically in a shipyard or maritime industry setting.
- Deputy Manager (IT):
- BE/BTech (CS/IT) or MCA/MSc (CS/IT) (60% marks) + 7 years IT experience (including 2 years in shipyard IT infrastructure).
2. Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Relaxations:
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: 10 years
Salary & Benefits
- Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000 (E2 Grade)
- Approx. Monthly Salary: A consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹96,350, inclusive of Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and other admissible benefits.
