Eligibility Criteria
1. Joint Registrar
Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Law from a recognized university.
Experience: - Experience in personnel and administrative matters.
Service Conditions: - Holding an analogous post; or
- Five years in Level-12; or
- Ten years in Level-11 of 7th CPC.
2. Deputy Registrar
Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Law from a recognized university.
Experience: - Experience in administrative, establishment, or court matters.
Service Conditions: - Holding an analogous post; or
- Five years in Level-11.
3. Assistant Registrar
Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Law from a recognized university.
Experience: - Experience in administrative, establishment, or court matters.
Service Conditions: - Holding an analogous post; or
- Five years in Level 9 or 10; or
- Six years in Level 8; or
- Seven years in Level 7 of 7th CPC.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Note: Age relaxation not mentioned, as deputation posts follow service-based eligibility.
Selection Process
- The selection will be made based on eligibility, experience, and service records.
- No written test or interview has been indicated; selection will be through scrutiny of the application and official records by the competent authority.
Deputation Terms
- Initial deputation tenure: 3 years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
- Deputation can be extended as per government norms but generally not beyond 5 years.
- Applicants must not be in the line of promotion in their current department.
- Those selected should not expect General Pool Residential Accommodation unless already availing GPRA in the parent cadre.

- Cadre clearance certificate stating readiness for immediate relief
- Attested copies of APARs/ACRs for the last 5 years

- Details of any major/minor penalties during the last 10 years
- Description of relevant experience meeting the eligibility criteria
