Eligibility Criteria

For Associate Professor (Level 13A)

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
   • A Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks is required (relaxable to 50% for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, or PwD categories).
2. Experience:
   • At least eight years of experience in teaching or research at a university or an equivalent academic institution is essential.
   • At least 7 publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals.
   • Research score of 75 points as per UGC norms.

For Assistant Professor (Level 10)

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Master’s degree with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD).
   • Mandatory: Cleared NET/SLET/SET or hold a Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations (2009/2016).
2. Exemptions:
   • Ph.D. holders from top 500 global universities (QS/THE/ARWU rankings).

Salary Structure

• Associate Professor:
  • Pay Level 13A, Entry Pay ₹1,31,400/- (7th CPC)
• Assistant Professor:
  • Pay Level 10, Entry Pay ₹57,700/- (7th CPC)

Selection Process

1. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic and research performance in accordance with UGC guidelines.
2. Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called.
3. Final Selection: Based on interview performance.
