Eligibility Criteria

Officer-Security

  • Skills: Good oral and written communication skills, along with sound computer knowledge.
  • Age Limit: Candidates must not exceed 50 years of age. OBC candidates are entitled to a 3-year age relaxation, while SC/ST candidates get a 5-year relaxation as per government norms.
Junior Officer-Security
  • Educational Qualification: Full-time graduation degree (10+2+3).
  • Certification: Basic AVSEC (13 days) certificate, with a valid refresher certificate. Candidates will be required to undergo BCAS recertification every two years.
  • Skills: Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
  • Age Limit: Candidates must not exceed 45 years of age, with the same age relaxation rules for OBC and SC/ST candidates.

Salary and Benefits

  • Officer-Security: Rs. 45,000 per month (All inclusive).
  • Junior Officer-Security: Rs. 29,760 per month (All inclusive).

The salary package is designed to be competitive, and candidates will also receive allowances such as the AVSEC allowance for those who clear the relevant certification exams.

Selection Procedure

The selection process for both Officer-Security and Junior Officer-Security positions includes the following stages:

  • Walk-In Interview: Interested candidates need to walk in for the interview at the specified venue on the given dates. The interview may be conducted in-person or virtually, as per AIASL’s discretion.
  • Document Verification: Candidates must carry all the relevant documents for verification, including educational certificates, experience letters, and identity proof.
  • Additional Tests: In some cases, a Group Discussion (GD) or English Proficiency Test may be conducted.
  • Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must undergo medical fitness assessments as per the guidelines of BCAS (Bureau of Civil Aviation Security). This includes producing a certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
