The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Raebareli, an autonomous institute functioning under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, invites applications from eligible officers for Recruitment for Diverse Non-Teaching Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ Positions Through Deputation Mode. Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility will be based on service in analogous posts or in lower grades with prescribed years of service. Key criteria for each post are summarized below:
1. Medical Superintendent
- Medical qualification under Indian Medical Council Act.
- Postgraduate degree (MD/MS) or MHA or equivalent.
- Minimum ten years’ hospital administration experience after PG in a senior position.
2. Superintending Engineer
- Holding analogous post OR
- Executive Engineer possessing five years of experience in the Grade Pay of ₹7600 OR
- Executive Engineer with 10 years in Grade Pay of Rs. 6600.
3. Assistant Controller of Examinations
- Analogous post OR 5 years in PB-3 with Grade Pay Rs. 5400 or higher.
4. Senior Administrative Officer
- Analogous post OR 5 years in Grade Pay Rs. 5400.
5. Executive Engineer (Civil)
- Analogous post OR
- Assistant Engineer with a minimum of five years in the Grade Pay of ₹5400 OR
- Junior Engineer possessing at least seven years of experience in the Grade Pay of ₹4600.
6. Executive Engineer (Electrical)

Salary and Pay Scale
The posts carry the standard pay levels as per the 7th Central Pay Commission, along with all usual allowances as admissible to Central Government employees of similar status. Pay protection and deputation allowances will be governed by Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) norms and other applicable rules issued by the Government of India.
Selection Process
