Salary Details & Benefits

1. In-House Faculty

  • Starting Salary: ₹30,000 per month
  • Annual Increment: ₹2,000 per year (Maximum ₹40,000)
  • Fixed Conveyance Allowance (FCA): ₹2,500 per month (for field visits)
  • Mobile Allowance: ₹300 per month
  • EPF, ESI, Gratuity: As per rules

2. Office Assistant

  • Starting Salary: ₹20,000 per month
  • Annual Increment: ₹1,500 per year (Maximum ₹27,500)
  • Fixed Conveyance Allowance (FCA): ₹2,000 per month (for field visits)
  • Mobile Allowance: ₹300 per month
  • EPF, ESI, Gratuity: As per rules

Both positions are contract-based for 3 years, with annual renewal based on performance. The contract may be extended up to 60 years of age or till the end of the project.

Eligibility Criteria

In-House Faculty

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Science, Commerce, or Arts).
    • Preference for MSW, MA in Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology, B.Sc. in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Horticulture, or BA with B.Ed.
  • Skills Required:
    • Good teaching skills and computer knowledge.
    • Fluent in the local language (Hindi and English proficiency is a plus).
    • Typing skills in the local language are mandatory (English/Hindi typing is an added advantage).
    • Previous teaching/training experience is preferred.

Office Assistant

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Graduate in BSW, BA, or B.Com with computer knowledge.
  • Skills Required:
    • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
    • Must be fluent in the local language (Hindi/English is an added advantage).
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel), Tally, and Internet.
    • Typing skills in the local language are mandatory (English typing is an added advantage).
