Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Matriculation (10th) certificate and a three-year Diploma in any of the following engineering disciplines:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Telecommunications Engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Electrical Power Systems
- Industrial Electronics
- Mechanical Engineering
- Or any other similar qualification approved by the government.
Experience Required
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Train Operator in any metro operations.
Age Limit
- The maximum age limit as of the date of notification (12th March 2025) is 38 years.
- Age relaxation for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD) will be as per government norms.
Pay Scale & Benefits
- Pay Scale: ₹35,000 – ₹82,660 (IDA Scale)
- Annual Increment: 3%
- Allowances: As per BMRCL rules (including DA, HRA, medical, and travel benefits).

Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of the following stages:
1. Online Application & Hardcopy Submission

2. Personal Interview & Written Test (if required)
- The selection will primarily be based on a Personal Interview.
- However, BMRCL reserves the right to conduct a Written Test and/or Skill Test if necessary.

3. Medical Fitness Test
