We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Sales Executive to drive business growth and enhance sales performance. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, present solutions to clients, and negotiate contracts. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition:

  • Generate new leads through referrals, networking, online marketing, and property showings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base and boost sales.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.

Property Consultations:

  • Advise potential buyers on property options based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Provide expert insights on market trends, legalities, and investment opportunities.
  • Offer tailored property recommendations to suit client requirements.

Sales Process Management:

  • Organize and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and assist in finalizing deals.
  • Oversee the sales process from inquiry to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, and other relevant documents.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Promote property listings through digital marketing, social media, and other sales channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and appealing property listings.
  • Organize and host open houses or property events to attract potential buyers.

Client Follow-up & Relationship Building:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain regular contact with past clients for referrals and repeat business.
  • Build long-term relationships by offering post-sale services, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering trust.

Market Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on local market trends, pricing, and competitor activity in real estate.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and professional development.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in real estate sales or a related industry, with a track record of successful sales.
  • Comprehensive understanding of local real estate market trends, pricing, and conditions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, results-focused, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
