- Second Class Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Candidates must have completed a minimum of six months of training in computer applications for office automation, bookkeeping, and word processing from a recognized institution. Alternatively, a Second Class Graduate holding a Diploma in Computer Science accredited by AICTE will also be deemed eligible.

- SC/ST Category: 18 to 35 years
- OBC Category: 18 to 33 years
- Widows/Divorced/Separated Women: 18 to 35 years (40 years for SC/ST)

Typing Speed:
- A typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi is required to qualify the Computer Typing Test.
Selection Process:
- Written Test: A written test will be conducted to assess candidates’ general knowledge, reasoning ability, numerical ability, and language proficiency (English/Hindi).
- Computer Proficiency Test: Candidates who pass the written test will undergo a computer proficiency test to assess their skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, which are essential for the role.
- Skill Test: A typing test will be conducted to evaluate typing proficiency in either English or Hindi as per the required speed.
