Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
The applicant must have one of the following:
- MBA or an equivalent Post Graduate Management Degree/Diploma
- Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
Candidates with relevant educational backgrounds will be preferred for this senior leadership role.
2. Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 57 years (as of the date of advertisement)
3. Experience Required
The candidate must have:
- 20 years of managerial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role
- Experience in the hospitality sector (preferably in aviation or inflight catering)
4. Specific Criteria for Experience
For Public Sector Employees:
- Candidates from Central/State Public Sector Enterprises should be at E-7 level or above.
For Private Sector Candidates:
- Should be working not more than 2 levels below the CEO/Head of a hotel chain/airline
- The company should have a minimum turnover of ₹60 crores per year (for the past 3 financial years: 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24)
Only candidates meeting these criteria will be shortlisted for further selection.
Pay Scale & Salary Details
- Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹2,40,000/- (₹2.40 lakh per month)
