Available Positions
1. Head of Internal Audit
This role is ideal for senior banking executives with extensive experience in auditing, risk management, and compliance. The selected candidate will oversee the entire internal audit function and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Age Limit:
- Maximum Age: 60 years (Relaxation for deserving candidates)
Educational Qualifications:
- A Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized university under a regular curriculum.
- Preference for candidates with certifications related to internal auditing, banking regulations, or risk assessment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a senior executive from a bank or financial institution, preferably at the Assistant General Manager (AGM) level or above.
- Retired banking professionals meeting the criteria can also apply.
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years in banking/financial services.
- At least 10 years in branch banking, preferably in credit operations.
- At least 3 years in inspection/audit in a leadership role.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of risk management, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience in supervisory audits, fraud detection, and policy formulation.
- Understanding of financial sector trends and regulatory expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire internal audit function of the bank.
- Develop and review audit policies periodically.
- Design risk-based audit programs and ensure their implementation.
- Supervise audit teams and liaise with branches for risk-based audits.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and submit them to the Audit Committee of the Board (ACB).
- Ensure financial & operational reviews for internal control assessments.
- Conduct transaction audits for high-risk and fraud-prone areas.
- Ensure compliance with concurrent audit programs and RBI guidelines.
- Formulate audit manuals and checklists.
- Engage external auditors for IS audits and other assessments.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing the bank’s Human Resource and Administration functions.

- MBA/PGDM or Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university/institution.
Experience:

- At least 8 years in the Human Resources department of a bank or financial institution, preferably in a middle or senior management role.

- Strong understanding of HR policies, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
