2. Head – HR & Admin

  • Educational Qualification:

    • Minimum 15 years in banking or financial services.
    • At least 8 years in the HR department of a bank or financial institution at a senior or middle-management level.
  • Key Skills:
    • Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.

    • Experience in managing administrative functions such as office infrastructure, logistics, and procurement.
