Eligibility Criteria
1. Head of Internal Audit
- Educational Qualification:
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university.
- Additional certifications in auditing, risk assessment, or financial compliance are preferred.
- Experience:
- 15 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
- At least 10 years in branch banking (preferably in credit management).
- Minimum 3 years in Audit/Inspection in a senior role.
- Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of risk management, banking regulations, and compliance.
- Ability to conduct fraud detection audits and risk-based supervision.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, asset verification, and internal control processes.
- Job Location: Bank’s Head Office, Mehsana.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the entire Internal Audit function of the bank.
- Develop and implement risk-based audit plans.
- Conduct fraud-prone transaction audits and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Liaise with audit teams, regulators, and external auditors.
- Prepare and submit audit reports to the Audit Committee and CEO.
2. Head – HR & Admin
- Educational Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Experience:
- Minimum 15 years in banking or financial services.
- At least 8 years in the HR department of a bank or financial institution at a senior or middle-management level.
- Key Skills:
- Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws.
- Experience in managing administrative functions such as office infrastructure, logistics, and procurement.
- Job Location: Bank’s Head Office, Mehsana.
Roles & Responsibilities – HR
- Oversee the entire HR function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Formulate HR policies, compensation structures, and leadership development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory norms.
- Implement automated systems for employee transfers and postings.
Roles & Responsibilities – Administration
- Supervise daily administrative operations, office infrastructure, security, and logistics.
- Ensure efficient procurement, maintenance, and safety of bank assets.
