Role Overview: Test Center Administrator/Exam Invigilator
As a Test Center Administrator/Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the testing process run smoothly and in strict accordance with company policies. This is a part-time, on-site role based on a 6-month contract. Remote or work-from-home options are not available, as your physical presence at the test center is essential to uphold the integrity of the examination process.
Key Responsibilities
- Adherence to Testing Protocols
- Strictly comply with all operational policies and procedures.
- Use careful judgment to handle various scenarios that may arise during testing.
- Candidate Check-In
- Verify candidates’ identification and check them into the testing system.
- Exam Invigilation
- Proctor candidates during testing, ensuring they follow the rules.
- Monitor testing activity to detect and prevent any irregularities.
- Technical Troubleshooting
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical issues.
- Housekeeping Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the testing environment, including sanitizing keyboards and vacuuming floors after each candidate session.
Schedule and Work Requirements
This role requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work shifts on any day of the week, including weekends.

- Shifts: Between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, based on scheduling needs.
- Availability: Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings is essential.

Morning
- Arrive at the test center early to prepare the testing environment.
