One vacancy is reserved for a candidate with an orthopedic disability (OC), and reservations for other categories will be applicable as per government norms.
Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
The applicant must be:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement, or
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam and is now permanently settled in India.
Non-Indian citizens must produce a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or institution (mandatory).
- MBA in Marketing or Finance (full-time, regular course) is preferred.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a relationship manager handling MSME clients in a bank, NBFC, or financial institution in India.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 25 years
- Maximum Age: 33 years
(Candidates must be born between 2 May 1992 and 1 May 2000, inclusive)
Age relaxation will be applicable to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government norms.
Selection Process

- Engagement is exclusive, and candidates must not undertake any other employment during the contractual period.
Compensation

Job Responsibilities
MSME Relationship Managers will be expected to:
- Generate new MSME business leads and explore market opportunities
- Meet performance targets for business growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSME clients
- Perform due diligence and analyze financial and market data
- Support branches in onboarding MSME customers
- Promote cross-selling of bank products to MSME clients
