Sainik School Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, is inviting eligible candidates for Walk-in-Recruitment for multiple teaching and non-teaching positions on a contractual basis for one year. Eligibility Criteria

1. TGT (Science)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science (Physics or Chemistry or both as major subjects) with B.Ed., securing at least 50% marks.
  • CTET qualified.
  • English-medium teaching experience.

Desirable:

  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a residential English-medium school.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

2. TGT (Computer Science)

  • BE/B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/Electronics) or MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) with at least 50% marks.
  • Other equivalent qualifications in Computer Science as per AICTE/University norms.

Desirable:

  • B.Ed. from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a residential English-medium public school.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

3. TGT (English)

  • Bachelor’s degree in English with B.Ed., securing at least 50% marks.
  • CTET qualified.
  • English-medium teaching experience.

Desirable:

  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a residential English-medium school.

4. Art & Craft Teacher

  • Five-year Diploma in Fine Arts (Drawing/Painting/Sculpture/Graphic Arts/Crafts) after Class X or XII.
  • Or a degree in Fine Arts or Crafts from a recognized university.
  • OR B.Ed. in Fine Arts.

Desirable:

  • B.Ed. and experience in a residential school as an Art & Craft teacher.
  • Proficiency in games and co-curricular activities.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

5. Ward Boy

  • Matriculation (Class 10) or equivalent.
  • Ability to converse in English and Hindi.

Desirable:

  • BA/B.Sc/B.Com degree.
  • Experience as a Hostel Warden.
  • Achievements in sports.
  • Preference for Ex-Servicemen or those with experience in Sainik/Residential Schools.

Selection Process

The selection process includes:

  1. Document Verification
  2. Written Test (for Teaching & Ward Boy positions)
  3. Class Demonstration (for Teaching positions)
  4. Skill Test (for Ward Boy position)
  5. Merit List & Offer Letter

Written Test Details:

  • TGT & Art & Craft Teacher: General Knowledge, General English, Basic Maths, Subject Test (100 marks).
  • Ward Boy: General Knowledge, General English, Basic Maths, Subject Test (50 marks).

Class Demonstration (For Teaching Posts):

  • Evaluation based on lesson planning, teaching methodology, student engagement, use of teaching aids, and confidence (100 marks).

Skill/Proficiency Test (For Ward Boys):

  • Physical activities like running, organizing games, and knowledge of child psychology (50 marks).

Terms & Conditions

  • The contract is for one year only and may be terminated at any time without notice.
  • Selected individuals must perform additional duties as assigned, without extra remuneration.
  • No travel or medical allowances will be provided.
  • Being a residential school, staff may be required to work beyond regular hours without additional pay.
