Age Limit for Railway Paramedical Positions: Applicants for Railway Paramedical roles must be aged between 18 and 30 years. Age relaxation is granted as per government rules.

Eligibility Criteria for Railway Paramedical Roles
- DIETICIAN: Requires a B.Sc. in Science with a Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics or a B.Sc. in Home Science with an M.Sc. in Home Science (Food and Nutrition).
- STAFF NURSE: Must be a Registered Nurse and Midwife with a 3-year General Nursing and Midwifery course or hold a B.Sc. in Nursing.
- DENTAL HYGIENIST: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science (Biology) and a 2-year Diploma or Certificate in Dental Hygiene. Registration with the Dental Council of India and at least 2 years of experience are mandatory.
- DIALYSIS TECHNICIAN: Should have a B.Sc. with a Diploma in Haemodialysis or 2 years of practical experience in Haemodialysis from a recognized institution.
- EXTENSION EDUCATOR: Requires a degree in Sociology, Social Work, or Community Education, plus a 2-year diploma in Health Education.
- HEALTH AND MALARIA INSPECTOR GRADE III: A B.Sc. with Chemistry and a one-year Diploma or National Trade Certificate in Health/Sanitary Inspector is required.
- LAB SUPERINTENDENT GRADE III: Needs a B.Sc. in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Life Science, or a related field with a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT), or a B.Sc. in Medical Technology (Laboratory).
- OPTOMETRIST: Must have a B.Sc. in Optometry or a Diploma in Ophthalmic Technician and be registered with the appropriate licensing body.
- PERFUSIONIST: Requires a B.Sc. with a Diploma in Perfusion Technology or a B.Sc. with 3 years of experience as a Cardio Pulmonary Pump Technician.
- PHYSIOTHERAPIST: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy with at least 2 years of practical experience.
- PHARMACIST GRADE III: Requires completion of 10+2 in Science with a Diploma in Pharmacy and registration as a Pharmacist, or a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
