Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
- Candidates must hold a relevant degree in disciplines such as Engineering, Human Resource, Finance, Medical, Electronics, Information Technology, or other related fields based on the specific job role.
- Postgraduate qualifications, certifications, or diploma courses in relevant fields are preferred for certain positions.
Experience:
- Experience requirements vary depending on the position. Senior roles such as General Manager and Additional General Manager demand candidates with more years of relevant experience, while positions like Junior Manager and Assistant Manager may require less experience.
- Experience in the defense sector, shipbuilding, medical services, safety management, or administrative services will be considered an advantage.
